7-Day Return Policy

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return or replacement requests.

  • The video must start before opening the package and clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • Product condition

    • Any damage, defect, or missing item (if applicable)

Eligible for Return / Replacement

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Wrong product received

Not Eligible for Return

  • Requests without an unboxing video

  • Physical damage caused after use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products returned after 7 days

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Return Process

  1. Email us at aeropods25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Attach the unboxing video and order details

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process

Refunds

  • After inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
